Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To cancel, simply inform us within this window via email, phone, or our contact page.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No cancellation fees apply.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging are intact

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service. The Ajrakh Studio cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds are issued only upon receipt of the returned item in eligible condition.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return once the item is received by us.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
