At The Ajrakh Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery. Return requests received after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

3. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, color preference, size preference, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return courier/shipping charges.

If the return is due to a wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect, The Ajrakh Studio will bear the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products returned after 5 days of delivery.

• Used or washed products.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Products damaged by the customer.
