Shipping Policy

Each piece from The Ajrakh Studio travels to you with care — wrapped, protected, and dispatched with the same reverence with which it was crafted.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability in your area.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 noon IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon are dispatched the following business day.

Accurate Address

Please ensure your shipping address — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code — is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once dispatched.

Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply. Kindly contact us before placing a new order in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by our courier partner, The Ajrakh Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend using a secure delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Customised or sale items are not eligible for return.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that a selected piece is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative of equal value.

Import Duties & Taxes

We currently ship within India only. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional customs or import duties apply to domestic orders.
